Well, we have one now, that President Trump has been diagnosed with positive test for the Covid-19. How this will have an affect on the Presidential election just 34 days away in now an open question. I had stated few months ago that I did not think Trump would make it to the election in November. The question now remains is, will he?

The chance of Trump dropping out I think is greater than 26:1, either as a result of contracting corona virus and being unfit to stand or out of pique. I might put a few bob on Pence as Republican candidate at those odds.

If he was, doesn’t seem to have helped him.
Call me a cynic, but could this be a fake news on Trump’s part to skip the remaining debates with Biden and to be sheltered from questions for his tacit support for the white supremacy groups until the elections?
If many Republicans already voted by mail for Trump or absentee ballots as I did 2 days ago which many oversees Americans and military personal does in advance of the election, then those votes will not be given to Mike Pence should he now become the presidential nominee. Pence can only be a “write in” candidate, as his name is not on the ballot other than as a running mate to Trump.
If Trump should become incapacitated or worse before Election Day, I am not sure what the constitutional ramifications are if he is in fact elected but cannot take office. Given Trump’s age and his health issues, these questions needs to be asked. Constitutionally, I do not believe it warrants for the elections to be canceled should a candidate become ill/pass away before the elections.
This may be the biggest “October surprise” yet!

Well, Melania certainly does.

Only because Trump is not the one “servicing” her!
