...sadly, our Leadership has taken to representing their electorate as ''Greeks'', or as ''Turks'', rather than, as Cypriots. And yet among the public, "Cypriots" are not so hard to find it seems.

...across the whole island, on such a day, the People may remember their power, no longer silent in exposing "them", by standing together in solidarity for and under that Flag rightfully theirs, The Flag of Cyprus. Indeed, i am asking, who treats this Flag, as a rag?

...and on this day let us also solemnly remember the murdered and the disappeared, "their" victims; who for the most part were killed for "being" Cypriot instead.

...it is not a happy day, but i am hopeful, and i do not forget.
