Paphitis is talking like there is still a realistic chance for Trump to win via the courts. He is deluded. The margins are too big in too many different places.

Yes, it’s desperation time for the Republicans. Courts do not overturn elections. A recount might if it’s a very close count, perhaps in the low few hundreds.
