BTW, most provisional votes has not been counted yet in PA, therefore it is no help to Trump even if they were sidelined, which I very much doubt as they are legal votes when it is fully complied with by the voter.

The GOP has been saying a lot of BS since seeing the writing on the wall of their defeat. They are grasping at straws.
