There are no restrictions for a Supreme Court judges to resign or retire if they wanted to be replaced by a sitting president which they associate with, instead of dying and being replaced during the the time with a sitting president they do not associate with.

This is how Trump was able to replace 3 Supreme Court judges during his 4 years in office as president, which they associated with him, packing the court 6-3 in the Conservatives favour.

The problem with the Supreme Court Judges are, they don’t always interpreting the laws, but they become activist instead, so what good will it do to have term limits?

As far as I remember the last 3 that were replaced were all because they had died.

The first one Tramp appointed should have been appointed by Obama but the house blocked that appointment because Obama had only 12 months left as President and the last one appointed was appointed even though Tramp had only a couple of months left as President. It was not just when they died but also the fact that the house made sure Tramp appointed them.

It makes no sense to have 5 year Presidencies and Supreme Court memberships longer than that.

Former Donald Trump campaign lawyer Jenna Ellis has reached a cooperation agreement with Arizona prosecutors conducting a 'fake electors' probe.
Prosecutors are dropping nine charges against her, Attorney General Kris Mayes said in a statement, in a case where 18 Republicans have been charged in a scheme to try snatch away the state's 11 electoral votes and award them to Donald Trump in the 2020 election.
Ellis was a prominent Trump campaign attorney, and famously accompanied former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani as he made claims of election fraud in a series of states Trump was contesting.
Ellis will cooperate with Arizona prosecutors in exchange for charges being dropped against her in a fake electors case, the state AG's office announced Monday.
She has agreed to testify 'completely and truthfully' and will provide documents and evidence as needed.
