So they don't have a leg to stand on, they will be taken to the cleaners and their reputation is gone too. Not because they lied but because they did such a bad job from Trump.

All political parties accept donations from their supporters.

Really, how many political parties are you aware of that have donations to a leader?

Do you not know how he scammed them lat time asking them to contribute to court expenses to stop the steal. Any donationas less than 8000 dollars went to his personal account. Anything above that went to the legal fees.

...the history cannot be erased,

...and Trump, although having become yesterday's man, will continue to be in the spotlight.

Indeed, he may never die; it does not seem in Fame, but in Infamy.

He will be in the spotlight and never die because that's the way some (anti-Trump apparently) people seem to want it. :?

Well, Trump was the reason for the Republicans to lose the House, the Senate and the White House.

Trump is the best thing that has happened to the Democrats, so why not keep him alive?

“............ Today, on this January day, my whole soul is in this:

Bringing America together.

Uniting our people.

And uniting our nation.”

There’s been little evidence of “Uniting” since though. More of a divisive and embittering purge.

If nature doesn’t intervene, Trump, a man defeated almost 6 months ago but who’s being daily kept in the light, could come back and bite. In which case, it will be the fault of a Democratic party’s apparently endless pursuit of gloating revenge.

Well, it takes two to Tango, no?

Show me where the Republicans have joined the Democrats thus far to pass any bills. Under Trump they sung a different tune, no? Credit to some Republicans for impeaching Trump, but overall, no support for the recent stimulus package to help Americans, which even Trump supported when he was the president, but not so when he is no longer. Then you have the Red States wanting/changing voting rules to make it harder for minorities to vote. Not very democratic, no?

Mmmm. We're talking about 2 different things methinks. That's the normal hussle 'n' bussle of party politics in a democracy. Making pious speeches about reuniting a clearly divided nation - "unity" - whilst actually carrying out a purge of Trump supporters across the entire governmental spectrum, under the thinly veiled guise of various woke adjective headings, is something entirely different. Not to mention hypocritical.

Most of us were glad to see Trump go. We were thinking of it as a permanent thing though. The DNC's apparent obsession with revenge I believe puts that in doubt. He's going to come back and bite you all. Especially if Biden's South American style spending spree turns what will be an obvious big boom into an even bigger bust.

You would know far more about all this shite than me of course. I've just got the one passport. 8)
