Rudy Giuliani said he is working on President Donald Trump's defense for his upcoming impeachment trial, according to ABC News.

Giuliani said he plans to argue the president did not incite violence because the unsubstantiated claims of voter fraud are true — despite the fact that none of the claims have held up in court thus far.

He also said he would not be opposed to Trump himself testifying during the Senate trial.

No, no fascism. People are just not going to put up with bald faced lies from brain dead Trump supporters any longer if they are going to fabricate that Trump won the election, but was stolen from him. Whatever happened to the “Law and Order” principles the Banana Republican Party claims to instill? No no, it is Trump and his supporters who align themselves with the likes of Putin and Erdogan who do not believe in democracy but rather keep power by fraud, which is what Trump tried to do in trying to steal the election through intimidation, threats and finally by insurrection.
