What are the chances that a POTUS who hadn’t started a single war nay choose to nuke?
Twitter list $5 billion of its capitalisation value after Trump was banned. So in a way, Twitter did get nuked!
Btw, if the GOP do anything against Trump, they are toast.

Report: 'Isolated And Angry' Trump Refuses To Pay Rudy Giuliani For Legal Work

President Donald Trump is reportedly taking out his frustrations on his personal attorney and longtime friend, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
And he’s doing it in the classic Trump fashion: by refusing to pay him.
The Washington Post said Trump is trying to stiff Giuliani, who has spent the past months traveling the country and spreading wild conspiracy theories about the November election on behalf of the president.
Citing two unnamed officials, the newspaper said Trump has not only refused to pay Giuliani’s legal fees but has told aides that all reimbursement requests for travel and other expenses need to go through him.
The Post said Trump was unhappy with Giuliani’s demand for $20,000 a day in fees and “has privately expressed concern” with some of his attorney’s moves.

If you are the billionaire POTUS who won 75 million votes, why is it you can't setup your own website/blog?
With that many voters Trump is/was more popular than Twitter and FB combined on their best day... yet it never occurred to him or his advisers, to get his own website and it’s not like money or popularity were a problem...
I'm just baffled...

WASHINGTON — A growing number of House Democrats are calling for an investigation into whether their Republican colleagues aided President Trump’s supporters who violently stormed the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 in an effort to overturn the results of last year’s election.
Rep. Cedric Richmond, D-La., told Yahoo News that many of his Democratic colleagues are discussing the possibility Republican House members played a role in the attacks.

Not quite the situation you earlier envisaged but that has echoes of 1933 Germany, after the Reichstag fire.
