Trump is falling very fast from self dictated grace where whatever legacy he may have wanted to have in 2024, he will now mostly be remembered for all the false crazy election fraud allegations post November 3rd and the last two weeks of his presidency of inciting sedition and insurrection against the government of his own country he claims to love and had swore to protect. History will judged him very harshly and for all by his own makings.

Some Trump officials are so horrified by the Capitol riot that they plan to refuse instructions that they think will put the US at risk, report says

Some of President Donald Trump's top officials plan to refuse any orders they think could endanger the country or break the law in the last days of his presidency, Axios reported.

Axios reported, paraphrasing its sources, that most of Trump's top officials now view him as "unfit and unhinged" after seeing him incite his supporters to storm the Capitol on Wednesday.

Many administration officials have quit their jobs over the riot, and Education Secretary Betsy DeVos and Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao resigned from Trump's cabinet.

But CNN and Axios reported that Democrat and Republican officials are urging some national-security aides to stay in their roles to prevent another crisis.

Some of President Donald Trump's top officials have been so horrified by the Capitol riot that they plan to reject any orders that they think could be dangerous or unlawful, Axios reported Thursday.

Two senior national security officials told Axios' Jonathan Swan that both they and their colleagues will refuse instructions that they think would harm the US or go against the law, and force Trump to fire them instead.

Trump has 12 days left in office.

We will see if as the Republicans said, the US as we know it is over, now that the Democrats have won.

...one thing is now clear, Hillary Clinton's warning is true, Trump, as President, is (would be) dangerous and unfit in keeping America united.

Yes! The Capitol Hill protesters stoke Belosi’s laptop!

Democrats will now be exposed as frauds which is why she wants Trump impeached.

Oh boy! Belosi running scared!

Except women when it comes to abortion, despite it being the law of the land, right?

Not the same thing.

I’m all for women having total control over their bodies and their sexual liberation and liberation in every regard as well as equal opportunities in the workplace regardless of gender. That should go without saying.

But in the case of a pregnant female, proper regard and recognition must also be made by legislators for the body growing inside the womb. It’s a living being as much as we are living beings and women and their partners of course must take responsibility for that living being inside the womb. Late term abortions should be regarded as nothing less than man slaughter unless there is a medical reason or risk to the woman that is.

Paphitis, we have been down this road before on the issue of abortion. I can’t think of anyone celebrating when it comes to having an abortion and when one tries to make some abortions legal and others not, then it becomes a slippery slope to dangerous back alley abortions, as well as taking rights away from women altogether in having control over their own bodies. My understandings of late term abortions are more of the case of medical necessities rather than a form of birth control. There are militant pro life people who do not even accept a woman taking the “morning after pill” to prevent pregnancy at it’s infancy. To them life begins at inception, even before the sperm meets the egg. This can be compared to rights to bear arms of the 2nd amendment in the US as crazy as a comparison may seem to some, because the moment when someone’s rights are sliced into pieces then they might as well have no rights at all. Same with Gay marriages. The best solution to abortion is to provide more education to young people, both girls and boys that there are consequences when sex is involved, as well as give women greater access to education and careers across the world.

The solution is simple. Anyone who has a back alley abortion should be charged with manslaughter.

Problem solved!

I’m not a militant pro life person or religious. I completely understand and condone contraception and women taking the pill to avoid pregnancy. And makes using condoms as well to protect against diseases and infections.

I find late term abortion absolutely disgusting though.

I’m sorry, I thought you said you support women having complete control over their bodies! :?

So you would punish women who would be forced to have back alley abortions as that would be their last choice if they are denied to have an abortion despite being their rights under the law. Really?

Forced? How can they be forced?
