My debt is simply there because I buy property and then build or renovate it which is a costly exercise which will eventually squeeze my capacity to pay for it because I simply just don’t have the liquidity available to me in the bank at the time. Do I use my line of credit to keep rolling. My interest and other charges are tax deductible as it comes off my bottom line making borrowing costs even cheaper. And they are already low.
Secondly, I have a rent roll as well. So even if I become unemployed, I can service my debt.
Thirdly, I’m settling on a property in 3 weeks. The first thing that is paid from the settlements is my line of credit. So no more debt and money in the bank.
But I still have my line of credit but no debt on it.
Yes it’s a good thing. I love my line of credit. It’s important. Very important. Extremely important. My viability hinges on it.
All the people I know have debt. Samaras has debt when he buys cranes worth millions of dollars, and he also owns a Greek Football Team. Markus has debt when he builds high rise apartment blocks on the Gold Coast. Paspalley has debt when he buys a pearling boat or expands Pearl Aviation. The Greek Fish Heads in Pirt Lincoln have debt when they buy more fishing licences.
My Koumbaro has debt when he develops as well because his money is tied up in investment properties, and fast cars.
Our accountant has debt as well.
But we also go out to wineries together and eat well and buy expensive wines, drink our single malts, have our nice cars and house, go on holidays as much as we can, have our kids in the most expensive schools and so on. So don’t worry about us old chum. We don’t need your concern.

Trump pardoning himself will not help him in state legal matters, but only Federal legal matters. Just one more legal headache for Trump.
