As for Putin, the man was the head of KGB for god sake. What did anyone expect for him to become, a Democrat for the former Soviet spy agent and for a communist state to become a democratic institution just because it’s on paper? Putin‘s abuse of the Russian constitution is Russians problem, but Trump is the free world’s problem in his attempt to destroy our constitution and democratic system, hence the shit he is getting from most here.
Yes, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you too and to the rest of the CF gang.
See what I mean about "moving on several pages"?
I of course feel duty bound to correct you.
Vladimir Putin was an officer in the KGB for 16 years. He rose to the rank of Lt Colonel. Less than Sergei Skripal - who was a full Colonel - but the same as Alexander Litivenko, both of whom's assassinations he would I'm sure have rubber stamped.
Putin's specialty was propaganda (there's a funny ole fing) which he practiced primarily in E Germany. He's still doing so now, very successfully. Russia denies.
As can sometimes be seen in here. Baaahhhhhhh!
I'm not sure why Putin's making himself President for life in Russia is an irrelevance whilst Trump's appalling character and ridiculous tweets is in some way a global catastrophe. Has Trump destroyed "our" constitution and democratic system? Sounds a bit like the imminent Germanic fascist takeover of the US .
It looks to me the US democratic system recently worked just fine.
