I didn't defend this individual and I wouldn't defend any such individual if they penetrated boy and I don't care who they are - if Trump or any person did such a thing and there was proof of it or even the slightest suspicion of such an act, I would turn my back on them.

That's what got me with Cardinel Pell, From the first day he was accused, there were demonstrations on the streets with thousands of people, some very violent, and Churches were being defaced and vandalized. There was so much outrage thanks to the media, the guy was never to receive a fair trial. there was massive media coverage. The media had condemned him before the courts. So I started looking into the matter and I ascertained early on that this man is innocent. there is nothing at all in terms of evidence to convict him. he was even spotted at another place according to eye witnesses away from the scene of where the alleged offense took place. And in fact there were always persons in the Sanctuary where the alleged offense took place. But he was convicted. he appealed but by the time the appeal was heard he had already served about a year in jail.

When it got to the Federal Courts, he was exonerated. And our courts in Australia are not like the courts in America where the judges are appointed by the POTUS or Governors. They are esteemed lawyers of massive good repute.

You stated as fact, without bothering to do any checking, that this person had NOT been convicted or found guilty and that all there was were rumours from disgruntled pupils made to a commission and not in a court of law. All of it ENTIRELY untrue. Republicans on the Joint Congressional Committee on the Inaugural Ceremonies voted on Tuesday against a resolution stating that the committee was preparing for the inauguration of President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris.

Sen. Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky.; Sen. Roy Blunt, R-Mo.; and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., all voted against the resolution. The three Democrats on the committee, House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, D-Md., who introduced the measure; House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.; and Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., voted in favor. The measure, which would have recognized what Democrats and some Republicans say is obvious — that Biden won the election — failed to pass on a 3-3 tie vote.

“The extent to which Republicans are refusing to accept the outcome of the election and recognize Joe Biden and Kamala Harris as our next president and vice president is astounding,” Hoyer said in a statement released after the meeting of the committee. “Their continued deference to President Trump’s postelection temper tantrums threatens our democracy and undermines faith in our system of elections.”

WASHINGTON – The Supreme Court refused Tuesday to stop Pennsylvania from finalizing President-elect Joe Biden's victory in the state despite allegations from allies of President Donald Trump that the expansion of mail-in voting was illegal .

The action by the nation's highest court, which includes three justices named by Trump, came as states across the country are locking in the results that will lead to next week's Electoral College vote. It represented the latest in a string of stinging judicial opinions that have left the president defeated both politically and legally.

By their one-sentence denial, the justices left intact a ruling by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which said the challenge to a state law passed in 2019 came far too late. New Associate Justice Amy Coney Barrett appeared to have participated in the case; no dissents or recusals were noted.

Sitting Presidents when they lose the election for the second term, they have only lost it once, but a cunt like Trump, he has lost the election 2020 almost 30 times now and counting.

It is bad enough for a sitting president to lose a re-election, but to lose it this bad, I can only say that, there’s still some justice left in the USA which Trump with all his criminal attempts to steal the election and corrupt the justice system has failed big time.

There would have been a time where all this lot would have been shipped to distant lands for crimes committed against the state, to such places like Australia.
