Today there are airless paint sprayers with which you can paint indoors, presumably turning the whole job to a piece of cake, but the good ones are very expensive...

The only time our painters use sprayers is in intricate panel ceilings. Panels like in the photos which is in my house btw. Another job bought to you by Paphitis. :D

This restoration was a complete 1890s period restoration. You do not get builds like this today or restorations like it. Only 2 people do them and they are expensive.

And also on some areas outside. The rest of the time it’s by wool rollers and brush to cut in.

So yeh, these guys don’t like using sprayers because they don’t like the overspray.

These shots are pre painting. They got painted only a month ago with sprayers. 3 coats of flat white.

Btw, anyone is Cyprus who wants a Fourno, please look up Fourno Bravo.

For about 500 to 1000 Euro in materials, you can build the best Fourno out. There are step by step instructions, and videos and an expert Q&A as well.

Do yourselves a favour. :D

Things like that may appear quite difficult, but they are not that difficult. Perfect if you want to tinker on the weekends. And it’s your very ow creation too.
