Turkey is ranked 19th in terms of finances whereas Egypt is ranked 40th.

That's a big difference in purchasing power.

As far as Libya is concerned, Egypt does not need to be as strong as Turkey since they have a land border with Libya as they can pour in all sorts of personnel and military hardware as well as air support. Egypt gains political legal acceptance from the UN on the premise that they are defending their borders, just as Turkey has done in Syria, from the terrorist in the western part of Libya. Then you have Greece and France basically supporting Egypt’s position in Libya by whichever means are necessary from behind the scenes. The end game will more than likely be an official partitioned country, Turkey’s worst nightmare as they will end up on the wrong side of the country on the compass rose.

Turkey will be cut off from political and military support from the international community. While all other actors wont.

Her economy is ranked in the top three worldwide of running the risk of filing for bankruptcy,

She has a gauntlet to run to get military assets and supplies to the battle ground. Which she is flanked on both sides.

You have to be a dreamer to think Turkey will win in Libya.

Egypt has lots of equipment but they’re mostly outdated junk. Greece has lots of modern equipment but they’re too few compared to Turkey.

Look, I don’t like Turkey any more than you do... in fact I hate them more because I’m actually a refugee, but at least I have a realistic understanding of the realities on the ground.

Unless Uncle Sam and the EU, stop supporting Turkey and a good 10 years have passed for the effects of long-term sanctions to start showing... I wouldn’t take on Turkey if I were Egypt or Greece.

They are defending themselves against Turkish aggression. She is a threat to the peace, stability and prosperity in the whole region.

What is your alternative, sit back and take whatever she dishes out?

She will learn some very hard lessons thats she wont forget if she doesn't change course.
