As Maximus stated it's Not common practice but it does happen.
In the UK it would be unthinkable to part with your money without receipt of title deeds. A transfer of property can be done in a day in most cases you may not require a solicitor. By the way, Cyprus offers a quality of life incomparable to most European nations, however there is no utopia anywhere on the planet. The Cypriots are the friendliest of people you are likely to meet anywhere but they can also be highly motivated by ....fucking money and more fucking money !!

Would have given Cyprus 9 out of 10 for Life quality, but gave 7, deducted 1 for driving, ( most Cypriots are only suitable for riding donkeys) and one for those Mullah beards, apparently Cypriots believe that beards are .....sexy !! Facial hair requires too much maintenance. Couldn’t be bothered personally.

A man is incomplete without one. Can you imagine a male lion, a leader and patriarch watching over the pride, being without it's mane? Of course not! That would be ridiculous.

I never had a beard until relatively recently. I now believe all men should rock a beard with pride.
