Don't be concerned. Just make sure he wears PPE - gloves, mask and DO NOT touch his face till he washes his hands throughly every time.
make sure he is trained to remove and dispose of the gloves properly. there is a special technique on how to remove the gloves and he must never touch the outside. This is a trap for young players. Also, removing masks are done from the string at the back of the head.
Medical staff receive training on how to do this. make sure he knows the proper techniques.
If you don't know what I am talking about, tell him to ask a Doictor or nurse about it and to demonstrate. people think that by wearing a mask or gloves you are safe, but you are only safe if you know how to use them properly. If you don't use them properly, then you are risking contamination.
