A measure from stupid people, for stupid people.

So here we are having Nikaros and his team forbitting any movement out of home unless it's meant to be for shopping in sick buildings with no natural ventilation like supermarkets, Banks, and Government offices, going for treatment to hospitals that instead of treating the disease they became centers of spreading the disease themselves etc etc.

And then we have stupid policemen fining someone who wanted to visit his mistress as if by visiting her is more dangerous than going for shopping in a sick building like a supermarket.

Who is going to explain to these people that it's NOT the movement of people that spreads the disease, but the association of people in close proximity?

Mistress visits come under category 6. "Exercise in the local area".

That is what they are trying to do. By locking people in their homes (with the exception of shopping and medical assistance) is so that people can socially distance themselves from other people, thus restrict the opportunity for the transmission of Chinese Flu.

It's not full-proof, but Cyprus seems to be consistent with other countries here.

Well you know, what one could have done all night may take all night to do it now, and with only max. 3 hours permit to leave one's home, it might be a rush! :D

Actually, all of the text “Permissions” I have received so far say “in a reasonable time”. Bit like - how tall’s a Chinaman. 8)
