Yes, you are correct, that age alone is not the only factor in becoming a victim to Coronavirus, but in all seriousness, I don't think Trump and Biden look too healthy. Sanders actually seems the stronger of the three. Most probably why he is staying in the race despite falling behind Biden in the primaries.

Trump comes across as being short of breath at times. He is also about 5 years younger than Biden and Sanders.
Biden looks the worse of all three.
Biden and Trump use too much make-up to hide away their aging looks. Sanders is more natural looking old guy.
