Same brand D3 but 20,000 Iu here, for 28 Euro per 30 capsules, damn it.

Hmm... let me check again. just saw GR's is only 1000 iu...
Yep mine is 20,000 confirmed, but dosage is only once a week.
Also it's not a pill, it's liquid inside small gel sacks. Bottle is the same though... :?

Yeah, you gotta be careful not to take too much of D3.

I actually use them only when i feel cold coming. A single dose of D3, 1 vitamic C/day, and paracetamol (panadol) every 4-6 hours. Within a day or two I kick the cold away.

That's what we were doing when wife was on covid from Xmas eve to beginning of January (10 days) . She passed it almost asymptomatically, and while I would bet I would get it too, I was surprised all my rapid tests and my single PCR test on the 5th day were negative!!

I think I've read somewhere that Paracetamol is not good when you get covid, is that true?

I always avoid Paracetamol... never been a fan of it. I would only consider it for a severe toothache, and only in the absence of Ponstan Forte.

Remember this name for toothaches... magic! :)

Think ”Scurvy”… but anyway, don’t wait till you’re ill before looking for vitamin C.

The richest source is the green pepper (equivalent to 3 oranges) and I eat lots in salads almost every day, but I’m lucky because I actually like them but I know not everyone does.

I love them too.

I doubt it will help against Covid, but it will improve overall health and wellbeing.

Now, just shortly after having an mRNA Moderna Booster shot, I front up for a regular medical examination and I failed the dam small print reading for the first time ever.

so now, they are telling me I have to wear glasses and get a prescription, non polarizing set of shades too...

So add carrots to the list.

I'm blaming the vaccine for this.

Suspecting his lack of "technical" skills I thought I'd help Milti out by adding his undeniable saviour of the human race anti-Covid drug:

...an update,

...endemic, thanks to Omicron may be as manageable as the flu.

A return to normal is predicted for this year.

Isn’t it strange that the overwhelming majority of reported dead from Covid-19 are between the ages of 65 and 100 and their names are never published? :?

This is the age group when most humans will die anyway!

I guess that’s to prevent families from complaining with things like…

“Hey, our dad didn’t die from Covid!”

Yet all these deceased will no doubt have a death/burial announcement with their details on another page of that same paper albeit mixed up with many others!

With these anonymity games governments can paint any picture they like to fudge the Covid stats!

I guess there must be some financial incentive when submitting Covid deaths... oh wait there is!

Every day 30 odd people (aged 65..100) die in CY from “old age”, “natural death” and a whole bunch of illnesses.

Some of these people didn’t have any family left; they were living alone and next to nobody cared about them, other than a next door neighbor that may well have been the one that called the ambulance.

It is therefore easy for the government to add such isolated people to the Covid death tally if there’s some financial incentive coming from the WHO or some other corrupt international medical institution.

The government dares not publish their names lest someone who knows them retaliates, so they take advantage of the daft “protection of personal details” excuse not to publish, even though it doesn’t apply to dead people, and not to mention that the dead NEED to be announced so that proper burials can take place!

This total lack of transparency and myriads of other obvious Covid-related corruptions are what have turned this pandemic into a total circus, leading to a near-complete distrust in governments worldwide.

The stench emanates all the way from America onto Brussels and beyond… to almost every nation on the planet that they’ve managed to convince to participate in this global pharma/medical scam where billions are up for grabs by a handful of “magic potion” suppliers, all of which incidentally stem from the US (albeit with some research and development outsourced to the EU).

I don’t know about you, but I’ve got a very sensitive nose that can smell a rat from a mile away!
