I see what is happening, Tim, but if we have to put any substance to any of these “predictions”, then we have to then accept that the Covid-19 is a hoax and that we are all taken for a ride at a great economic cost to everyone and every government. How does this help the “master brains” behind this scheme to dominate us all?
We already all have identifications which our own and international governments know everything worth knowing about us, so what more do they need to know and for what? If you think the new world order is to turn us all into slaves to work without pay, how does this help retain our capitalist systems and not become a China and former Russian socialist system? It is very easy to attach a meaning to something said 51 years ago as being a “prediction” just because conspiracy theories can be applied to anything, and Covid-19 is no exception as it has become the darling of all conspiracy theorist.
In relation to the above Kissinger quote, I would refer to the following very recent interview with Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. j, in which, among other things, he discusses who he believes to be responsible for his father's death:

You just had to terrify the population about something, then make the population think you were the only people who could save them, and they would do whatever you want. Kennedy notes that this technique has never been used with such astonishing effect as nowadays, with virtually the whole world having been placed under house arrest at one point.
If a sharp mind like that of Kennedy, who has won countless lawsuits for the underdog against massive, powerful corporations, sees that something is wrong, isn't it worth pausing for a second and pondering whether he might be on to something?

The fact that things spoken of long ago behind closed doors at meetings sponsored by the likes of Rockerfeller or held under the aegis of organisations like the Bilderbergs simply give substance to claims that what is being played out is part of a large-scale plan made decades ago.
As to your question about the new world order that is being constructed, I get a sense of deja vu because I remember going into this a bit and strongly suggesting that you look at the work of Alison McDowell, who blogs at wrenchinthegrears.com. I have linked to her work in previous posts. I think that more than anyone she has come to grips with what is happening and she paints a picture of a frightening, dystopian world that the global ruling class wishes to lead humanity into if it can get away with it. Her articles are incredibly well researched and documented. She places a lot of stress on the much-touted "fourth industrial revolution", which you may think is some kind of whacko conspiracy theory but in fact is very much on the agenda of global think tanks and groups like the Davos crowd, and you can find serious documentation for this in McDowell's articles. The thesis behind the fourth industrial revolution is that artificial intelligence will do absolutely everything and there will no longer be a need for workers. If so, then the new order will not need to turn us all into slaves because slaves will be redundant. All that will be needed is a small class of technocrats to admister the IT systems, and apart from that you will have a large dispossessed underclass whose labour is no longer needed and will subsist on whatever basic universal income the rulers deem fit for them. As to retaining the capitalist system, well, capitalism as Marx described it will no longer exist if the systerm is no longer based on the exploitation of the working class's labour. It's a whole new ball game. These are some of the ideas I have come away with looking at what McDowell has to say. Is she necessarily right? No, of course not. I am convinced that a very profound agenda underlies what is going on, though. Perhaps it is simply to pull off the biggest heist in history as big pharma pockets hundreds of billions for a useless, unneeded vaccine. I keep seeing in the news that x or y country is paying massive amounts to x or y pharmaceutical company to buy huge numbers of vaccines that are still under development and may never even be approved, so maybe this is the aim. I mean, when has pharma ever made such easy money on the back of taxpayers hard-earned cash?
Incidentally, as to everyone getting a microscopic quantum dot tattoo containing a unique indentification number or symbol, I could buy into this, given the existence of strong democratic oversight and safeguards. Just imagine never needing to carry around a whole host of documents like passports, ID cards, driver's licences, bank cards right down to library cards, and worrying about losing them or having them stolen. Just a quick scan will reveal who you are and present the official in question with the data they justifiably need to access about you. However, it is totally unacceptalbe for this to be imposed by deceit or stealth. We need open, democratic debate about what is going on, but all voices diverging from the message big pharma and its front organizations wish to promote are being strictly censored.
...COVID-19 is not a joke; it has to be taken seriously. The recovery on the other hand, as it is framed, may be a farce. National stimulus efforts produce very small returns. Having taken to Keynsian economics for so long, for the Leadership that has the power to introduce such programs, bigger packages seem to be the solution they are still moving as Legislation. And what of Davos, or the other meetings which exist for International exchange?

...indeed, as societies, we may not be ready for the changes which must occur, because as they are, "things"/things cannot stay the same (i.e. "Law and Order"/Environmental responsibility). Intelligence, rational choices, cannot be taken in an atmosphere of rancor, or at least far more difficult to do with it. The whole 'it's the Illuminati' conspiracy bullshit is just a way to abdicate personal responsibility for anything whilst allowing those that feed off such nonsense to feel 'special' imho and it is also a gross insult to the memory of the 3/4 of a million people around the world who have already died from this virus and their family, friends and loved ones.
