A former US special forces guy, allegedly seen working security at Trump rallies in 2018 is captured in Venezuela and accused of trying to overthrow the government there and a video of him confessing and claiming the operation was order by trump , is not 'nothing'.

It may not have anything to do with Trump but to say this is 'nothing' just shows your inability to use 'critical thinking' when it comes to Trump imo.

You are doing a pretty good job at that right now Get Real as you have to be the only person in the world who blames the US Government which had absolutely no involvement.

You need to give it a rest methinks. You should feel embarrassed!

Why can't it be nothing? The poor guy must have been tortured.

All Trump has to do is shrug his shoulders.

Onus of proof.

here is the bottom line. If it's true, US should be applauded. If I was US President, I would be paying all the Generals of Venezuela off to have a Coup. The sooner it happens, the better. And why would you need to pay mercenaries when you have the CIA and can pay off the entire Venezuelan military for chicken feed?

If it's not true (which is likely), then who cares?

In fact, I just don't understand what is so difficult with doing a whack job on the arsehole. It's not as if anyone likes him. He wouldn't be missed.

Never ceases to amaze me the amount of Trump Derangement Syndrome in an election year.

Trump can now go on a 6 month Golf trip and still win the elections with one hand tied behind his back.

He is so fortunately to have all of you working on his campaign.

You may consider a 2020 failed 'bay of pigs' in Venezuala is something to 'applaud' but i suspect many sane people including republicans might not.

The only syndrome here is yours - where by there is nothing that Trump could do that would warrant criticism from you. Such behaviour is the opposite of 'critical thinking' and akin to religious worship and mania. I hope it does not take you too long to recover.

Bay of Pigs. That's so 1960s. Beige is out, white is in, with a few shades of grey in between. 8)

We are talking about a Coup. And an alleged US involvement which the US will never admit to.

No matter what this guy says, the US will disown him whether he was working for them or not.

Look, it aint that difficult. I'm sure the Venezuelan generals have accounts in the Cayman Islands. Oh and you better believe it. If I was in Trump's shoes, those Venezuelan Generals will be the richest people in Venezuela.

Really no need to risk US lives.

So, here is a question for all those who were/are against the lockdowns and who believe the Covid-19 is not any worse than a flu related illnesses, which is, once the lockdowns are eased, will you continue living your lives same as before the pandemic in having parties, group dinners, social gatherings, go to pups, restaurant, theaters and so on, or will you apply social distancing just to be on the safe side from the pandemic until a vaccine is found?

Sadly, I suspect we will not be allowed to do any of those things 'normally' for the foreseeable future. Certainly, no governments are going to go directly from Lock-down back to to 'normal''...

And I also suspect it is highly unlikely there will be an effective vaccine anytime soon either.

It’s not possible to create a vaccine against a virus that keeps morphing.
