I wonder if that little girl who gave the speech realises that if it was not for the TCs objecting to Enosis in 1963 we would now not have a republic of Cyprus and she would have lived in a province of Greece. The second thing of course is if Turkey did not intervene not only RoC would have been under a fascist dictatorship till they became part of Greece but the Greek fascist dictatorship would not have collapsed in 1974 and only god knows how long more the fascists would have been in power with thousands of Greeks and Greek Cypriots slaughtered.

There is a huge board on the corner of Police Museum in Nicosia with the letters Digenis. Anybody know why especially as back in 1974 coup, Digenis supporters targeted members of the police force as they were practicing their shooting skills.

Does he not see the British base (Nato), ELDYK bases (Nato), Trukish Troops in the north (Nato). Cyprus may not have joined but the irony of it all is the fact that Nato Joined Cyprus and is already reaping the benefits from using Cyprus.

Has anybody got any news about court case and inquiry regarding Drousiotis and Anastasiades?

Former President Nicos Anastasiades has initiated legal proceedings against author and journalist Makarios Drousiotis, alleging defamation through his books and articles.

The legal action, lodged on April 23, 2024, at the Nicosia District Court by Anastasiades’ attorneys, Georgios Triantafyllidis and Theodoros Oikonomou, accuses Drousiotis of disseminating malicious and unsubstantiated claims in his publications “State Mafia” and “The Gang,” as well as in a 2013 article.

Has anybody also got a copy of the article in 2013 referred to here?

Tatar says that the Turks in the North of Cyprus are not Cypriot,

There are only Turks and Greeks on the island of Cyprus.

Without realising it, he is indirectly supporting enosis and thinks the Turks in the Geographical location of Cyprus should get their own separate independent Turkish State because on Cyprus, the Turks are special sovereign people separate from the other Turks on mainland Anatolia.

So you are not Cypriots but separate Turks that should have their on state on Cyprus?
