Thats a lot of land considering RoC paid 13 million for 27 donum of TC land outside Larnaca in a court case to GC who was given it by IPC as compensation. There is another 499,983 donums left. I wonder how much that comes to? Even if it is half that it makes it over 100 trillion euros. Why the fuck do you think the GC government has never accepted any of the plans? They are shitting bricks as they sleep gavolem marolon.

You need a reality check.
Next thing you are going to tell us is your 10 donums at softalar worth a few million.
Yet we already discussed that and gave you the data. You never revealed where exactly at that desert Softalar area (not even a house on the horizon) your donums are but i still gave you the market price.it ranges from 5 to 20K per donum .

Now about the case with the 13 million.
This is the ONE AND ONLY CASE the IPC exchanged property. They exchanged his 600 donums at Tymbou (Ercan airport with super prime Evkaf land at the center of the city of Larnaca. 2 schools were already built there probably before 1974 by Evkaf. In other words he got 20K per donum, which is the maximum he could get.
First illegality: Evkaf is a non profit organization for the well being of the TC community, in matters of education, religion, helping the poor, building schools, mosques etc Nobody (especially the pseudo-state or Turkey -notice the IPC was approved as a remedy of TURKEY not the pseudo) can take it's assets for other purposes. The one who signed on behalf of Evkaf should hence go to prison. But I guess the Tcs became more of Sheepriots than the GCs...

Conclusion: The RoC acted brilliantly by just giving him 13 million instead of exchanging his land with prime Evkaf land
Funnily it acted more brilliantly, taking him to courts for debts to the Republic plus debts to his relatives for other crocky sales of lands in the RoC . Plus taxes, plus fines he ended up to 2 million net.

Your villages are predominantly in Larnaka, paphos and limassol, you people have the only legal title deeds in these places other then some small villages in kyrenia morphou and famagusta…. I’m sure the UN, EU and the world bank can arrange some micro loans for your people to move back to these areas…. For instance great results were shown when the world bank gave $750 micro loans to Indian housewives, the same can be done for tc housewives maybe even raise the loan to $1000.. Turkey is nearing an implosion, I recommend you take the loans and settle on your legal properties..

If it were possible that would be nice, if all the displaced, from '63 and '74 returned to their homes; but that can't happen, for a number of reasons.

...shame you say? Indeed those who live for "Greekness" like "Turkishness" should not return. Those silenced for so long, Cypriots, their victims, can hold their heads high, if as Cypriots we unite, mending what was torn apart by "Them", to take back the word enosis in a Cypriot way.

The Individual and the Person, recognising both identities is necessary. We are Greeks, but not necessarily "Greeks". "They'' are "Turks", those Turkish are not them exclusively either. And as Cypriots we are neither "Greek" or "Turkish" wishing to have an Identity that can sustain our distinct identities. (What is a BBF?)

Change is necessary regardless, things cannot stay the same; nor can they return to the past, just the way it was, to find our way forward.

(think enemies bigger than each other)

Intentions count, this the Problem, not just in Cyprus.

...i see the way forward as one where those for Universal Principles understand that split they lose their representation as Individuals, that those who question Humanity's conviction and value win; divided, the opposition against their plundering ways is far less in this manner.

What's the problem robbing a super rich crook? This guy was not a poor refugee. Never has been.
Yet he faced serious charges from beneficiaries of other lands he inherited .

Also the Evkaf schools in the Okullar road (Turkish schools street) that he got, are today valued at 7 million. But he also claimed 1 million/year rent for the 5 years delay.

From what you are saying the valuation of IPC of the properties given to him which were specified as 23 Million Eros looks more accurate than what RoC valued them right? If I was him I would have told RoC to bugger off, take the properties and then sell them.

Perhaps you can work out the value of what he got then?

And we have people here who claim IPC is unfair?

What a con?

The only sure thing is he got 13 million from the RoC. I already gave you a clue how this sum may come out.
The rest, including the 23 million estimate, is nonsense he spread around to the media for his own reasons.
Do you think you are cleverer than this crook?
