I learnt about the Cyprus problem myself.

By searching for articles online to get a general foundation and communicating with people in forums, like this one. I asked questions and listen to answers and applied some common sense to what I was hearing. Other than that, I went by what I could see and what was being reported in the news in the present day. Following this saga for years.

i didnt go to a Cypriot school and you still think I was brainwashed by the church.

The truth always stands on its own but, "your lot" are outright hypocrites (and criminal) so it doesnt make it difficult for someone that speaks it.

With that being said, what is common in the Turkish education system is that it teaches outright lies.

OK, I accept your comments as true and have one question for you. In all that you learnt from books and asking questions, was there any mention of any injustice the TC's may have suffered? I would expect with such thorough research something by someone, a book maybe would at least make reference to injustice/injustices TC would have suffered. Perhaps you can make a list of what you heard/learned about these injustices.

Look,

I know that there was approximately the same amount of people killed on each side.

Without going in to the details of every single case, that is just unrealistic.

But,

injustice's existed on both sides. People suffered on both sides. It was a war.

That should be common sense.
