Can I get permanent residence, or Cypriot citizenship

Hi
I came to Cyprus 6 years ago, and married to a Cypriot lady for four and a half years ..
- Am I entitled to permanent residence or Cypriot citizenship?

Assuming you aren't living in occupied Cyprus, then yes, you are entitled to both.

Thank you for the answer ..
I live in Greek Cyprus. I have been here for 6 years and have never been to occupied Cyprus and I will not go to it until the Turkish occupation is gone.
