Reality begins to creep in.

BT CEO estimates total acquisition costs more likely to be pushing £100b. Openreach has a £60b pension liability. Running costs for a nation-wide network more likely to be £5b a year than McDonnell’s £230m. Virgin, SKY and Talk-Talk have 10% of market share and will need to be accommodated, or taken over (both at significant cost).

As usual, it’s a headline grabber but when you look closer basically a load of sound bite rubbish.

It turns out that McDonnell didn't even manage to get the £230m right - it is three times that!

Like Erolz. If that’s a problem the LibDems do a line in house label from Waitrose. SNP don’t know what wine is. They’ll let you have a nice drop of single malt for your vote though. The Greens only do vegan wine, using organic grapes drunk from from non-plastic recyclable cups. To the Brexit Party, wine is filthy foreign muck of course.

oh dearie me. b'stard offers people earning between 50k to 80k 9billion tax cut per year and you boys have no worries about that, while people are dying with nothing in their stomachs in the uk and you are having kittens over a promise of free dental checks which will cost 450million a year, which will make sure everybody can get their teeth checked so they don't end up in hospital taking up a bed needed for far more serious illness.

this was what labour introduced in 1945 and it is visionary to recognise the importance of it and bring it back. medical teeth decay prevention for all.
