OKKKK... So your website is observing the "Sabbath"? Really? Your server is still working! Isn't that a sin? Maybe you should shut your whole server down then? ...the issue is far more complex than it appears. Your assumption that because a server is on, it is working. Work as defined by a person religious, is work. While their Dogma may define it more precisely, in this case, work is defined as making money; the server is 'alive', but it is not making money.
...nothing prevents a Jew from working on the Sabbath, while it is the day of rest, to pray, to act in Grace, with Charity; it is no sin as Jesus, (a Jew,) demonstrated lovingly in a service, not to himself, but in effect, to the Golden Rule.
...frankly, i can respect this enterprise; honesty, integrity, has a cost not necessarily qualified by the performance of a bottom line alone. In God we Trust?
