Just a bit of help please if possible. I have my yellow slip and am going to Uk for a couple of weeks. On my return at the airport do I show my passport, my yellow slip or both??

Passport only.

However, in my experience of living in Cyprus for 17 years it never hurts to have more paperwork on you!

Having said that, I've travelled to the UK, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa in the past couple of years and have only ever taken my passport.

In 44 years of regularly traveling to the island and 10 living here I’ve only ever carried my passport.

whats the big deal take both just in case. you never know what kind of a gc border guard you will meet. if he did not get any nookie the night before he will give you hell. do not say you have not been warned.

milti is cuddly pet compared to these hayenas, well at least when he is awake, most of the time he is asleep so he is not even that.

after a glass of red, off he goes eyes wide shut and all that.

If you have an EU (including UK passport) you will not need the MEU1 or MEU3 yellow slips.

If you are non - EU then you may well be asked for proof of entry entitlement on return - we do for my wife.
