Just an update. Effie is now walking but is still very shaky on her hind legs and I don't want to take her to the new home John has kindly offered until she is strong enough to hold her own among the other cats. So, it will be a few days yet.

Effie is now settling in at John's thanks to his kind offer to make room for one more needy cat.

We used them to buy some some specialist cat food that one of our cats needed (but all enjoyed). Sadly that cat is no longer with us so the need for that food has gone It was our late son’s cat. A stray he adopted in New Zealand. Made her end (which was car related) all the more tragic.
