No I don't want to stay out of British politics.

What is happening in Britain is an all out assault against democracy in the oldest most established democracy on the planet.

If it can happen in Britain it can happen anywhere and it seems there is a growing movement to undermine and ridicule the common people.

They are too stupid and didn't know what they voted for so we need to protect the "uneducated" and "great unwashed hordes", or its the middle working class man's fault for climate change because they drive a car or fly in a commercial airliner to go for a hard earned holiday in the Mediterranean whilst the established elites and woke virtue signalers fly in luxurious business jets and sail in 12 million dollar yachts with a larger carbon footprint with impunity whilst they point fingers to the working class.

Tick tock tick tock... :D

The UK is a parliamentary democracy, the people merely cast a vote. The referendum result is not binding unlike a GE.
Have you ever lived in the UK? How well do you know the English people. No doubt more than ....I do, as it seems to me that you are also far more acquainted with accountancy than Im. !!

Oh yes it is! The referendum is binding alright.

The people do not merely cast a vote. Parliamentarians are the ervants of the people not the other way round. Parliamentarians are not the feudal overlords of the people.

The hilarious thing is that Referendums were forced on us by the EU when we joined in 1973...

...if they hadn't done so we wouldn't be leaving!

Now how can you ridicule such top notch analysis?

Why is the remain stream media so hard pressed defending the honor of a multi billionaire against nation statehood?

They are defending a man who tried bankrupting The Bank of England. Humanitarian my arse. Why has Hungary banned him? Are they anti semitic too?

His religion has nothing to do with it.
