Your co-Btexeteers think that your debts , mortgage included, can be set off against your taxes. Do you share their view?

Your personal house mortgage no, but other loans and mortgages on properties used to generate income yes.

Well, if the Justices can point to the article in the law that says what is and what isn't 'lawful' then a real judgement can be made.

Something can only be 'Unlawful' if it goes against the statute, and this is where the Justices will rule. A decision taken by the PM for an action can usually, within the realms of the laid down laws, be incorrect, error of judgement and so on.

To claim unlawfulness is total bollocks and just plays in the hands of the remoaners.

Personally, I think the whole court thing, whether high court or supreme court is unlawful in itself in passing a judgement on the workings of parliament. So in future, then next time the Government/Parliament pass tax laws or laws we don't like, all we need to do is to take it to the courts and have it out there. Therefore all thos 600+ MPs might just as well fuck off home as we don't need them anymore!!!

you clearly cannot follow what i posted. i will say it one last time in simpler english.

jimmy over in iskochya asked the government to supply a written statement to confirm that the reason given to the queen to prorogue was indeed correct in writing and signed by a minister or a top civil servant.

not only this simple evidence was not offered to jimmy over there, it was not provided to the supreme court either. when the learned gent asked why this document was not made available over at jimmy's or here in this court, he was told all the written evidence they were supplying were in the court. in otherwords we are not signing no new nofink.

now as stuid as you look you wonder why on earth no person in government would refuse to sign such a document. shall i tell you why or will you be able to work it out.

get it?

i suspect not. first throw the dummy before you start aggghhhhhhhuuuuuing though.

Precisely...

As I posted recently, this makes a mockery of the whole parliamentary system and will undoubtedly come back to bite those that are currently cheering it in the future...

Yes. There’s an understandable degree of basking in gloating going on in here and the UK presently. What people don’t seem to appreciate though is that the implications from todays ruling go far beyond Brexit. An important Rubicon’s been crossed.

Its no wonder that the 3 of you support Brexit. You are complete morons when it comes to financial matters.
Look stupid. You can NOT set off your loans against your tax liabilities.
A loan is a liability not an expense. It forms part of your creditors either in your balance sheet or on your tax return..

there is something wrong with the way brexit was presented. the brexshiters tap'd into some raw fascistic nerve and hatred of everything german to convicne themsleves that they were right. even a 10 year old could work this one out there is no point of law.

1. government can prorogue parliement for queen speech anytimr they wish legally so long as they take just a few days. thats all that is required. they asked for 5 weeks..do do that they would have to justify it with some new event which forced their hand and there is none. the queen advisors shouldhave know this.
2. governent cannot go to recess to hold conferences whenever it feels like it becasue for recess parliament has to vote for that and they were not going to be able to get that through.
3. there is no point proroging parliament for queen's speech as they have no chance of gettign it through.

4. dominic cuntings came up wi thte idea to push bothreces and proroging together hoping that nobody notices the difference.

5. they actually discussed nothing else other than how to silence parliament and even considered proroging till 1st of november to crash us out by default.

6. unlucky of them corbyn smelt their shite a mile away andgot a motion throughthey could not prorogue parliment in the last twoweeks of october through the nortern ireland bill.

7 so in conclusion a 10 year old would be able to tell you to pushich recess under proroging is like promissing a girl you are just going to give her a peck on the cheek and shoving your tounge down her throat.

i expected the supreme court to just allow jimmy' decision to stand but this is so much better because they cannot re-prorogue again even if they tried.

What a result today we have had and idiots are still saying it is wrong. get a grip assholes.
