No he does not have any such power. A PM can not legally just ignore laws passed by the commons and lords.

Well done mps you just sunk uour own ship. Only avenue left is to cancel Brexit and suffer the fallout from the 17m leave voters.

That's correct.

I think he should ignore the vote and go Nuclear now and crash out on the 31st of October then let the people decide.

BOJO needs to go to the people which is what the remoaners don't want.

That is the only salvation for the UK and for BOJO.

He is cornered and needs to crash out otherwise this is going to go on and on.

The British parliament have really compromised Britain.

how much is a fair to sydney? see if you can answer it?

You are clueless about what is going on.

1. If he refuses to take this bill to the queen - he will cause a constitutional crisis. but whatever he does will not call for a general election before 20th of october. the reason for this is manchild had promised that he would get a deal easily and we will be better off out than in. 17th of october the voters will finally realise that what manchild promised we will never have. voters also realise by now that brexit and gfa and not compatible. the only way we can have a brexit as tories understand it is to lose northern ireland to the irish. i am afraid not even uk can overturn an international agreement. the constitutional crises manchild is causing will be resolved on the 20th of october because there will be a vote of no confidence and he will lose as he has no majority and a single mp of which several have said they would bring this government down.
2. if he actually acts like the cowardly self that he is and takes the bill the queen and it becomes law, then not implementing it is a criminal offence and he will go to jail. i do not believe for one moment that he is principled enough to go to jail for his beliefs. and by the way he is not doing this out of belief he is doing it to gain power. during the 216 votes he prepared two speeches one for leave and one for remain to make once he decided to join the brexit campaign. he chose leave because he felt he would cameron so much that no matter what the result he would have to resign for dividing the country for calling a referendum. so it was a win win either way for him. i also do not believe for one moment believe that he thought they would win, he believed that they would just lose to remain so he would be pm in the eu.

in the meantime in his first week in parliament he has lost 3 votes in parliament, 1 vote in the house of lords and in the second week he will cause a constitutional crisis and also commit a crime for which he will go to prison for. being charged for a crime will almost certainly restrict his ability to campaign in the general election that will take in november some time.

so for god sake give a price to melbourne and how long it will take.

If BJ does not follow the law passed by the commons, he should be taken to Tower of London and put his balls on the chopping block, assuming he has any left after this weeks "raping" by the parliament :D

on a more serious note.

What about this no deal exclusion?
Would it prevent us from getting a good deal. The notion that this is even an option shows lack of understanding of what is going on. This is not like buying a car or making a new deal in a company to supply a product or a service. Either party can walk away and it is essential to leave on the table. Unfortunately it bears no resemblance to what is going on here. So why is no deal not a negotiating position.
I will give two examples.

1. Let us assume that you have been married for 40 years and your wife has asked for a divorce and your lawyer is in the negotiations for a deal in the divorce with your wives lawyer.
Is no deal at the table.
Can your lawyer say no if you don’t agree to my terms I will not agree with you and walk away from these talks?
If you should be so stupid to make your lawyer say that what is likely to happen as a consequence? and no sane lawyer would.
In court the judge will see you as abandoning your home and your children and award the house to your wife and the mortgage to you. not that different to the eu decision and rightly so.

2. Imagine you have broken your leg and you are at the hospital in pain and negotiating with the doctor on what to do about your leg. The doctor explains that you would be put to sleep and set your bones and hold it with some brace or other cover it in chalk for a period of time and walk around using crutches. in the meantime you feel you are young and have so many birds to pick up in the local bars and the plaster and the crutches will limit your ability to pull the birds and are refusing the plaster and the crutches and are threating to stop the doctor from following the procedure they intend to carry out. and walk away from the hospital with a broken legg. can you ? Would you?

Do you really have a choice of no deal in these circumstances?

Leaving the eu is no different. We cannot just walk away because
1. we will have to pay most of the 39 billion no matter what we do on contractual obligations of being part of the eu for al lthese years and reaping the benefit of the free market area

2. And we will also not only lose northern ireland to the south in courts but we will re-start the ira bombing again til it happens in the courts and that may dake years but the conclusion is not in doubt.

But you brexshitters are in luck. You have selected the most cowardly person to lead you in a battle you cannot win and he will be alright afterwards as his income will not diminish and will be protected from the bombings too as all pms are protected to the day they die.
Onward and upward men shouted lord cardigan wearing his blue cardigan in the charge of the light brigade.

lions lead by donkeys indeed.

you go along in life thinking you seem tohave a grasp on the situtation but then an incident happens to put you in to all sorts of doubt.

this morning on a talk show a fella called in and with venemous disgust lambasted the mps for not impelementing the 2016 vote. in the same breath he asked if this idea of royal assent was a new law or what?
this unfortunate indidual was trusted with understading the intricasies of the remaining or leavin the eu in and voted to leave

in the meantime to calm politically down i revert to my real love ilkay akkaya who is singing to me her silence song.

till we grant the great unwashed with full actual facts not myths to make a decision they understand.

enjoy.

can the situation get any worse for the manchild. there he was starting his election campaign and this has been going on since he got selected, even though election has not been called yet, using the police cadettes as a backdrop which in itself is unforgivable, and he could not even say

<<You have the right to remain silent and refuse to answer questions. Anything you say may be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to consult an attorney before speaking to the police and to have an attorney present during questioning now or in the future.>>

and this mean will lead you boys into a general election corbyn made minced meat out of may and will make ground minced meat out of this ass. anybody interested in pastirma? i may as well sell a few while i am at it. it is made from the finest tory ass meat in the country.

i certainly knew that sooner or later we would end up with some sort of a deal or no deal but it would have to be returned to be voted for against remain. not in my wildest dreams did i think it would be that easy. bloomin heck. i should have entered politics.

after his chlorinated chicken comment i wish corbyn should have said:

i don't know if the right honorouble manchild is aware but chlorinated cheehens are not allowed in the country never mind parliament but if at any time in the future a chlorinated cheegen is allowed in it would be sitting exactly where he is sitting right now.
