If the Tories got the election in the bag, why are these Tory surrogates trying to convince us with their daily propagandas? :D

It’s called an “election campaign”. :D In my 50 years of watching them obviously they’ve reflected contemporary issues. However, there are some claims made you can rely upon every time. The Torys will always have a dastardly plot to destroy the NHS, whilst Labour will have similar devious plans for ridding the UK of any defence capability.

i love the idea that people actually believe that if we give up nuclear weapons we have stopped defending our country. they used this against Foot when he was in charge of labour.

i d have one question though.

what are the germans italians and spanish and the rest of the eu not worried about this. they have never had any weapons like this not even the worst moments of the cold war.

so really you have to be a mug to fall for it first time round and i am lostr for words falling for it second time round. especially when you consider that we have not been threated to have to threaten to use them since we had them. but worse still we don't even know if they will work, cause they cannot be tested.

i have a magic invisible mask that will protect you from all kinds of threats; nuclear, chemical and biological warfare. they only cost 1 billion euros each. any takers?

when the tories took over government the country was in debt to the tune of 1,000 billion approx whcih included 500 billion given to tbe banks, when you take that out the debt wasonly 500 billion. this was not the labour debt, this was the debt accumulated by every government from 1945 to 2010. so no we are in 2019 and the debt has nearly doubled in 9 years at 1,800billion. now this figure includes what ever repayments have been made by the banks without which this debt would go above 2,000 billion.

and there sre stupid people in this country who don't know who to trust regarding finance in this election. they clearly cannot see the facts if it hit them in face never mind al lthe promisses the tories made since 2010 of which they have not kept.
Promise : We will balance the books by 2017 and then run a budget surplus.
Promise: We will not increase VAT, Income Tax or National Insurance Contributions.
Promise : We will work to end child poverty.
Promise : We will deliver a strong NHS.
Promise : We will cut net migration to below 100,000 people a year.
Promise : We will safeguard British interests in the EU single market.
Promise : We will protect schools funding.
Promise : We will boost mental health funding.
Promise : We will scrap the Human Rights Act and introduce a British Bill of Rights.
Promise : We will abolish long-term youth unemployment.
Promise : We will electrify main North rail routes.
Promise : We will recover £500million a year from migrants who use the NHS by the middle of the next Parliament.
Promise : We will give workers the right to three days’ volunteering leave a year on full pay.
Promise : We will increase British exports to £1trillion by 2020.
Promise : We will ban wild animals in circuses.
Promise: We will ensure the NHS has enough staff to meet patients’ needs.
Promise : We will clamp down on dangerous extremists with new Extremism Disruption Orders.
Promise : We will introduce a new Victims’ Law to enshrine key rights for victims of crime.
Promise : We will improve welfare with the new Universal Credit system.
Promise: We will cap residential social care charges from April 2016.

there are a lot of broken promises

This OP has become a general catch-all. As such it’s got a good title. Not quite right though. It should be “What (the fuck) next”.

the fak has nothing to do with it.
the time you use fak is when you have not got a clue what to do next, the purpose of this thread is enlightenment.

debate my friend.

who is better at the promises they give. stop pussy footing around and say something, say anything. i guess silence is as good, it says a lot more than what you need to say.

i love the one about migration. they claimed they will bring it down to 10s of thousands. even tough they were at liberty to stop migration from outside the eu they did not. worse still after 2016 the migration from the eu halved and yet the migration did not fall, it stayed the same cause the migration from outside the eu went up. this is not illegal migration this is migration from official ports.

you cannot make it up.

so the tories have decided there is no need to investigate themsleves for racism or islamophobia or homophobia and no ther organisations feels that they should be investigated like labour is being investigated.

and yet we have a pm who called called gay men 'tank-topped bumboys' and black people 'piccaninnies' with 'watermelon smiles'. this can't be racists comments right? of course not.
