I stayed away from the forum for sometime but decided to return to raise the following question, How far have we come in resolving our issues since the Annan Plan? The answers and of course being Cypriot's, excuses are a real reflection of the obvious fact the we just do not have the capacity or the desire to solve the Cyprus division, which appears to be here permanently.

Your side never had any desire to end the division. You were always just trying to legalize it, either by gaining recognition for your pseudo state, or with a disguised partition like Annan plan. We don't have the power to liberate the north, but we maintain our rights.

At the of the day you (TCs) can not win this. Either RoC eventually wins and north is liberated, or Turkey wins and keeps the north permanently for herself. And let me tell you: A permanent win by Turkey is bad for us, but it is actually the worst thing that can happen to you. Even as a pseudo state you now have a bit more freedom than you would if Turkey would annex the occupied and if RoC gave up and stopped considering the north its territory and TCs its citizens.
