The Clown can't be that happy !!

So the Queen acted unlawfully in proroguing parliament. I Mean BoJo just gave her advice, she made the decision. So the crown goes against the crown. What a crock of shit.

So there is no separation of the executive and judiciary now. The courts determine what parliament does. Unelected judges doing exactly what the EU does to the UK. You could make this shit up.

Precisely!

Fascinating stuff... :P

By the way the verdict of the Supreme Court was unanimus. All 11 judges. Parliament will now return
Madam Sterling is happy on the way up !!

They already seem to have stopped him from leaving on 31st October. It’s difficult to see what else they have to talk about.

You’re wrong about Sterling. It’s going up because they found out I transferred a wodge of pounds out here last week. :(

This verdict confirms that the UK is a Parliamentary democracy and the rule of law is above all.
A reliable source has just Informed me that the Clown will be entering a Circus in a day or so !! Parliament will be back in business tomorrow.
Paphitis

And it was applied correctly.

You can’t prove a double negative as the UK Government has every right to ask the Queen for an overdue suspension of Parliament to outline its own agenda.
General, 11 Supreme court judges disagreed with you !!
By the way have you checked with your accountant if , as you posted , All of your debts are can be set off against your tax ?

Don't worry. After you "get your country back" you may elect your Supreme court judges. :P :P :P

really, how about what he is discussing with the eu, perhaps if he told them what he is uto they may actually vote for it. or is he doing a may, comeback the last day and say it is my way or high way. on your bike boy.

i would have been happy for the supreme court to just say they approved both decisions and legally apparently it woudl have been fine. but this recognises that our democracy is not as robust as it should be

in which universe can an individual ask for decision and then the only opinion the decider can have is from the person who asked for the decision. it is totally opened to be abused. what is brilliant is the fact that no other pm has ever gone this low in law. no doubt the first thing labour will do is change it so the queen can never be made to look so stupid again.

Del boy with " Dave " as his chancellor and Trigger as the Foreign secretary would not have made as much mess as this fucking Clown has done. But I must confess, as a comic is almost as good as the ....Bucket man

Good luck to that. You may proceed electing the rest of your judges then.
