Things ain't going too well for the Clown, his own brother having departed now Amber Rudd makes a hasty exit!
" Rudd's resignation follows that of prime minister's brother, Jo Johnson, resigned from Parliament, saying he was "torn between family loyalty and the national interest "

The Clown will no doubt go down in history as the last Conservative PM !!

Didn't some members here picked BJ to be the next Winston Churchill? :D

Most probably why BJ kicked out WC's grandson off the party to reduce competition for that tittle! :D

You mean the death of the conservative party is no loss and good riddance to bad ruddish [sic] ? ;) Whilst I would not use the same language as you I would share the sentiment :)

btw how is Guido doing ? Remember this ?

Guido can today reveal that pro-Governemnt forces in the House of Lords have a comprehensive, co-ordinated plan to prevent Hilary Benn’s anti-No Deal ‘Surrender Bill’ from becoming law, in the likely event it is passed in the Commons this evening.

Do not fall for the crap he posts. He is no more a pilot than I'm!!!

I am a pilot alright. That is my profession and I am very proud of my achievements and that is all the forum is getting from me. I will not post a dam thing to prove anything because you are an idiot and a clown!

And you are Coco boy who thought Boris wouldn't be PM.

My niece has one of them. She is an air stewardess !!! Her husband hower IS a pilot. Own up will you , Air ...Commodore!!

Really! I commend your niece for her achievement.

You are a disgraceful man for putting down your niece like that.

I've been flying since the age of 17. Not only do I hold an ATPL, but I am also a Grade 1 Flight Examiner as I was a Checkie under CASA Civil Aviation Regulation 247 for a previous employer and I have multiple type ratings for aircraft above 45 tonne. I also have 2 degrees from CAE Oxford in Human Factors and CRM.

listen asshole you want to tallk about yourself piss off and start your thread, this is about brexit

I don't want to talk about myself at all.

It's other people making this personal not me. It should never have anything at all to do with me on a personal level but I am not going to be insulted by 2 idiotic clowns.

They should stay on the topic of BREXIT. Just because I am a Brexiteer does not give anyone the right to insult my intelligence or my accomplishments and they should not be even relevant to this forum whatsoever.

And NO, I don't want to start a thread and talk about me for Gods sake. Why the hell would I want that?

My personal life is sacred just like everyone else's private life here. What I do for a living is inconsequential to the debate at hand. I could be a cafe Owner. Or a taxi driver. So what? It has bugger all to do with anyone else (Milti and Erolz). I worked my arse off to do what I do.

It has almost put my in my grave at a very young age when I was barely an adult. In fact the odds were so much against me, I really should not be alive today. i cheated death. I nearly paid a very big price for this career. The ultimate price. In fact I had given up and was just preparing for the end. You know, resigned to die. When you close your eyes just waiting for your last seconds. It was my fault really. I can't deny that. I was young, green and invincible and I took on nature and from that day onwards I realized I was no match. When I landed, I broke down into tears like a little child. I broke every fundamental rule and went where I should not have gone.

Everyone's employment is sacred.

I think whoever wins the next election is going to be the king maker here.

The only person that can win a majority is Boris Johnson. the anger in the UK is now palpable because democracy has indeed been trampled upon. There will now even be some soft remainers who will either vote for the Tories or Brexit Party.

The political party that has completely destroyed itself is Labor. That is the end of them, Some voters will go to Liberal Democrats and some to Brexit Party.

The Lib Democrats could get more votes than Labor.

But the Tories will appear to make massive gains.

They will also go into an unholy alliance with Brexit Party, but they are uneasy bedfellows. The environment has drawn these battle lines.

Depending on how the Tories play it and how they may decide to work together with the BREXIT Party, there is a 50% chance they will have a majority. In which case BREXIT will occur no matter what.

But what I think Boris is going to do is this:

He is going to ignore the Bill and take Britain out of the EU. He may get arrested and go to jail in which case he will also become a Martyr and the Tories and BREXIT party will campaign on BREXIT and to free BoJo.

This isn't over yet!

Labour will take the UK out of the EU and implement the referendum result before a GE. The Tories and Brexit party will fight over the 30 odd % for whom such an exit is 'not leaving enough'. Labour will go in to the next election as the party that achieved in 6 weeks what the tories failed to achieve in 3.5 years. All the BS about denying democracy and seeking to thwart the will of the people will be gone. They will campaign on social issues that matter to people and that have been ignored for the last 3.5 years because of the tory failure to deliver on the referendum result. The Tories and Brexit party will campaign on 'we have not left enough' and they will fight over the 30 odd % of the people who agree with that because they will have nothing else to campaign on. The traditional Tory strengths of 'you can trust us with the economy' will not resonate or believed. That Johnson can not be trusted, even by his own bother will resonate and cut through like nothing else.

Then like a domino effect Trump will lose the US election next year :)

Another thing that has happened is that people WILL become dissolusioned with democracy.

And for the first time, I am going to say they may be correct.

Britain being the oldest democracy is no more. There is the illusion of democracy, not real democracy from a sovereign people (being the citizens of the UK).

This is going to damage democracy in Britain and the damage could be irreparable. The EU has become such a poisoned chalice now, it has become WAR. The British people will not be real members of the EU no matter even if they are still in the EU.

The institution of democracy will no longer carry any faith with the people to the point where record numbers will withdraw from the democratic process.

This has an incredible cost. I don't think Britain can actually say its democracy is sacred or even valid. People will not participate and cast invalid ballot papers,

Democracy in Britain has the flu. It could even be terminal. Parliament has conducted a coup against its very people.

Parliament has shown that sovereignty rests with it and not the executive and not the EU. As it has been for the last 500 years and as it should be. It will have proven itself to have faced it's toughest challenge and in the end, all be it slowly and painfully, to have come through that test. It will be stronger as a result of having survived all this pain.

Does anyone of know where to find the exact text of the bill?

Erol from what I was able to find so far, it seems the bill says that by 15 Oct BOJO is obliged to send that letter for an extension to the EU.
The reason is because there will be a leaders council on the 17th and they have to approve the extension unanimously. BOJO should presumably be there at the 17th but imo he won't attend
So the problem really starts from the 15th. If BOJO refuses to send the letter asking for an extension, he will have to resign on the 14th to avoid been charged for treason.I am not familiar with the British system to tell what would happen next, but imo the authority to write that letter will have to pass to the British office in Brussels on the 15th or 16th. Who will authorize them to do so in the absence of a PM? Any ideas? Is it possible for the parliament to authorize them in advance?
