Has anyone on these boards ever heard of "Petanque" otherwise known as French Boulle?
Its a game that I used to play alot of back in the U.K. We used to be in a League and my team topped it for a long time, (tillI left
).
The point of my post is, since being in Cyprus, I haven't found anyone who even knows what it is! I searched on Google, and the only place it is played, is a pensioners club in Paphos. I really miss the game, but I am not prepared to travel to Paphos to play as I live in Leivadia (Larnaca).
Anyone know anyone that plays?
