and it explains your undestandoing of the 60s. perhaps you should pay ore attention to those who have lived it. its a bit like jesus coming back and declaring that the catholic church is not preaching was he taught to his desciples and them declaring him as a heritic.

..."you", Lordo, who is this "you"? You are a very angry fellow to be looking at life this way.

Well, he told you he was two years old back then, and you were accusing him of doing something he just possibly couldn’t do. That thought and the folly of your rant probably hasn’t even crossed your mind yet.

So how old was you back then bordo?

If you were an adult then, you are old enough to have dementia now.

“You”, even if this is someone else actually means “ you” too, in bordo’s world because he thinks in terms of social justice.

This is where everyone belonging to a group or community of people are guilty if one person from that group or community commits some crime. The whole group or community should therefor be punished.

Lordo I lived the 1974. The morning after the first round I was woken by my mother telling me to go into her bedroom with my grandmother because we have refugees in the house seeking refuge.

I woke up the next day with the lounge room full of people sleeping on the lounge room floor, my bedroom had about ten people in there. People crying. Within two weeks i saw one f these refufgees lossing her son. Upon hearing this she started sobbing, running towards her now occupied village saying they may as well kill me too.

Four day after that I wittnessed my grandmother and my mother whaling atthe loss of my uncle 17 years old shot by the Turks.

So i think I lived it!!!

Forgot to mention that my grandmother went to her grave not knowing where her son was.

Only found his remains in 2004.
