Wealthy they do not care. Admitt the irrefutable fact. Germany IS top dog, the euro IS a success challenging the US.$ as the world currency. As for Europeans flooding into the UK , how about the millions of .... Letter boxes and bank robbers spread all over the UK ?
The truth is an intense envy of Germany the TOP dog of Europe.

It's about their National Identity, character and sovereignty which they want to preserve. This is 1000 times more valuable than any amount of money.
Also, you are a doomsdayer. The UK will prevail for decades and save itself a lot of hardship when the EU goes KABOOM! When that EURO blows, then God help you all. You will have a famine. The Brits have the Sterling. One of the best currencies on the planet.
They are in control to do whatever they want. They can set their own interest rates. They can print. Their Government can borrow and spend to stimulate their economy. Can Cyprus do any of that? NOOOOO! You have to ask Merkel!
