If they want to let in more Muslims, then that is their business.
They will not be dictated to by anyone from Brussles. Bureaucrats will not be making laws about British fishermen and fisheries or for British Farmers.
Britain is too large of a market to be excluded from the EU block anyway so the EU bluff should be called out and paid to rest.
Th vote has already occurred. BREXIT won that vote on the day and it isn't right to say more people will vote and therefore the last vote is not valid. You can't cherry pick your democracy. You can't have a tantrum and say not everyone voted because not every citizen exercised their right. If that is the case then virtually every single US election is invalid due to participation rates. Obviously those that did not vote did not care and now must live with the consequences.
I for one, welcome Boris to finish and execute the democratic wishes of the people and pull the UK out of the EU.
Not strictly true, they can't stop people claiming asylum. Besides, for some reason the UK can't or won't restrict non-EU immigration. The target for net immigration is 100,000 per annum and yet last year net non EU immigration was 261,000; how come?
The British people have been brainwashed into thinking that the other 27 members conspire and gang up on us and tell us what to do. They don't have a clue about how the EU works and say it's undemocratic. European Council = 28 democratically elected leaders of all member states who define overall political direction of EU. 28 European Commissioners = nominated by their own democratically elected government. European Parliament = democratically elected by citizens of EU states.
As for Britain being too large a market for the EU lose, yes it's true they export more to us than we do to the EU in absolute terms but as a percentage of trade EU exports about 12% of its production to UK whereas 44% of UK exports go to the EU.
The Brexit vote won because of the lies told to the electorate. The infamous Farage "Breaking Point" poster, the "bus" lie and the threat of 80 million Turks acquiring the right to live in the UK persuaded many British voters to vote Brexit. Add to this the fact that Vote Leave ran a really professional PR campaign led by Dominic Cummings and they exceeded the funding limit - resulting in a fine fro the Electoral Commission, it's hardly surprising their deceitful message won the day.
If Brexit is truly the will of the British people PROVE IT by ratifying the whatever the government decides; Brexiteers won't though, they won a fraudulent victory and are too scared of losing a legitimate people's vote.
