Yes but in a democracy if you do not like a decision you have a democratic right to use lawful means to get it overturned.

Is the message strictly true, is the cash paid weekly? If it's supposed to illustrate the annual payment in simple terms it should have done it more honestly, and of course the implication of "Lets fund our NHS instead" is that the £350 million could be spent on our health service.

The figure itself is just a lie even without the NHS bit. We do not pay the gross figure (350 million), we pay the net figure. The claim says we pay the gross figure. We do not. It is a lie. There really is not way round that for me.

No mate Anastasiades did not get my vote!! The UK is still my country, as well as Cyprus. It's what is called by- national !!!
Seriously though, I still refer to the UK as " back home" , not strange at all considering how many years I lived there. Do.I care what happens to the UK ? Yes I bloody well do. My son, my brother, nieces and nephews as well as loads of relatives are in the UK. I'm a lucky guy really, it's like having ....2 wives, not so good though with 2 mother in laws

Me and my crystal ball.

Exactly what I suggested Britain should do many pages ago.

https://cyprus-mail.com/2019/07/09/new- ... ys-corbyn/

Jeremy Corbyn on Tuesday said Britain’s next prime minister must put their Brexit plan to a second referendum on European Union membership. In an email to members, Corbyn said Labour would campaign to stay in the EU to stop a new Conservative Party leader, who will be chosen later this month, taking Britain out of the bloc without a divorce deal or to stop what he called a “damaging” Brexit.

The move by Corbyn inches the opposition party closer to heeding demands from many Labour members and some lawmakers to unequivocally embrace a second referendum to break the impasse in parliament over how to leave the EU.
