It does not belong to a man who died hundreds of years ago.

The question is why is Turkey so reluctant to help and instead has turned it in to a ghost town?

The same can be said for the majority of property in the occupied areas.

how many times am i going to tell you that in 1978 marash was offered to the gcs with no strings attached. they did not have to give anything in return, but they had to sit in the same room as tcs to negotiate peace. it was first accepted and then refused after your leadership ha a meeting with the russians. secondly it was offered after 2004 with the only condition that ercan and magusa ports are opened to internatiuon trade and you said no.
