...and why not a Greek Constituency?

If there is a Republic of Cyprus, representing Cypriots, as Cypriots, why not another level of government where as Persons they demonstrate their respect for minorities among them reciprocally?

...isn't that, the Problem?

...equality as Individuals, equality as Persons? Freedom, and Liberty? A State, and a family of Nations? States and a Family of Man?

...what is a BBF, if like Canada and the USA, Cyprus thrives? It is the intentions which count.

...i am hoping that the results from the EU elections will change political minds. What is over is the notion that Greeks and Turks who are Cypriot can be divided as "Greeks" and "Turks", Cypriots are Cypriots, and i hope there will be no denying it.

I take a more radical view. I believe that what changes needed in Turkey, need to start in Cyprus. Without a Cyprus united as Cypriots, Turkey risks tearing itself into its parts. If it is the "Cypriot Turks" that are betrayed with the recognition of Cyprus, it is a small price to pay, given that despite decades of opportunity "they" have failed to represent themselves to be nothing more than "parasites" and/or "servant-slaves".

...indeed Cyprus doesn't really need a BBF, because its population is small, but Turkey does. And given that Cyprus is the cross road to three continents, as a facilitator of exchange, a BBF, the "perfect solution", in Cyprus, emulated and held in such high esteem would not hurt.
