I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING SITUATIONS IN CYPRUS FOR YEARS BUT IT IS NOW THAT I AM SURE THAT ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ISLAND WE HAVE WOLVES IN SHEEPS CLOTHING I AM TALKING ABOUT POPPADOPALOUS AND DENKTASH(SENIOR&JUNIOR) ARE THE VERY PEOPLE WHO WANT TO KEEP THE ISLAND DIVIDED AND THEY WILL DO THIS BY MAKING UNACHIEVABLE DEMANDS IN NEGOTIATIONS AND BY GETTING THERE SUPPORTERS TO WHISK UP NATIONAL HATRED AND CONSTANT REMINDERS OF THE PAST SO AS TO RUB SALT INTO OUR WOUNDS.

WHY YOU ASK WELL SOME STILL IN QUIET AND PRIVATE STILL WANT ENOSIS/TAKSIM AND OTHERS WANT TO STEAL OTHERS PROPERTIES OR POWER DRUNK ARE JUST A FEW THINGS ON THE AGENDA.

I HEAR YOU ASK WHAT EVIDENCE IS THERE TO THAT EFFECT THE FACT THAT THEY MET UP IN SECRET PRIOR TO THE MEETINGS AND ANNAN PLAN BEING RELEASED THAT POPPA CHOSE TO KEEP IT SECRET AND THEN DENKTASH TELLING THE MEDIA ARE ALL PART OF THE PLAN TO DIVIDE CYPRUS FOR GOOD, IMAGINE THEY ACCUSE EACH OTHER OF NOT WANTING PEACE BUT THEY PLOT ITS DIVISION IN SECRET.

SO I ASK WHAT ARE YOUR OPINIONS OR IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING INTERESTING PLEASE FOLLOW THROUGH AND WRITE IT.

Danctash obviously wants partition. This was his aim for decades and he did not hide it.

On the other hand what makes you believe that Papadopoulos wants partition??? Actually he was a united Cyprus, and this is why he rejected the Annan disguised partition plan.

it is his secret meetings that make him dubious as a president why would he meet with denktash junior whose agenda is clear that he wants partition and not with talat who is the TRNC leader who is for unity.
They say reading between the lines shows the real truth and the real truth is i do not believe popadopalous wants unification and as makarious daughter reveiled in the papers his agenda is partition, you may argue that its dubious but the saying goes if there is smoke then there is fire.
