What's the noise exactly?
I sometimes hear screams from the hills but I am not sure if they come from the military bases there.

Ayia phila !!!
So many memories from years ago!
Lived there way back in 1958 till 1960.
My late mothers brother Iraklis lived there with his family. I remember the local priest Papa Arestis, his two sons and daughter, also my then best mate Skordis.
It is there that I first heard a " magnitiphono" . !!
Used to cycle back and forth to the Lanitio .
Must visit soon.
