seriously where the hell did u hear such kind of discussions ?are they your friends? or did u use to hear them when u were younger?
if u were a women u r right women can talk about these stuff (women to women!) but ı dont think they will say a word to the opposite gender!

but dont say girls dont discuss about how big the last guy, who they slept with, was. big i mean big dick.
Some women do, not most. As stuff said it also depends on the age. Personally I would never do such thing. I might discuss the character of somebody and how good looking he is but I will not talk about his dick.

Small build person ....Small genitals
the Bigger the person... the bigger are also his accesories!
Compare it with other corresponding body parts!

Stuff, listening to such conversations is not difficult, coffee tables in Cafes are quite close to each other! 
But I have a couple of very close friends that do not mind talking to me in this way.

That would make sense but in reality this rule doesn't aply to genitals.
