But - dear Lord - can't you see, that's exactly what you do, with your "independent" sites? You know, the ones that comprise articles which are all, absolutely and entirely, anti-west.
Clearly - it ain't gonna work.
I read articles by independent journalists, obtained through independent news platforms. I also read MSM articles on the same subject and notice that whilst both cover the same event, the MSM is sadly lacking in any critical detail. An independent article would fall into your TLDR category but the MSM version is a précis version that leaves out the detail and that suits you.
The detail they leave out is dictated by Editorial policy and thus removes anything antithetical to the message they wish to promote.
You read only the MSM articles for two reasons ........ the independent articles are inevitably much longer and more detailed than the MSM and for you this makes them a TLDR and, secondly, the MSM, after dropping out all the detail to shorten the story, then tells you just what you want to hear without having to bother with detail.
With the detail all retained it makes the independent article more accurate and will thus appear to be anti-Western.
Given we are of comparable intellect, in these circumstances, which of us would be in the best position to form and intelligent and balanced view of a given event/situation?
