No wall would ever be effective enough without 24/7 surveillance and a lot of people watching cameras and vehicles ready to run on the scene. And if there's going to be surveillance what's the point of having a wall and millions of tons of concrete??
How about a strip of fenced land filled with mines for example? This is how all borders around the world are protected, not with concrete walls!
Add surveillance and you are done.
Has the guy asked for any expert advice on the issue or just got stuck to his silly idea right from the start?

Oh yeah? And I thought it was India, and Turkey, and all those 3rd world countries!
And what's this OECD group you keep on repeating ad nauseam? Did you ever care to look what this organization is all about?
You keep repeating the same nonsense over and over again Paphitis, no matter how many times you have been corrected

The car industry is affected by consumer confidence. It takes time before things filter through but they will.

Trump isn't a magician. What he has achieved is far more than any POTUS before him.

If a particular business is not competitive, then it should shut down. It happens all the time.

Now as for Harley Davidson, that is a US Icon. Probably the best cruise motor cycles in the world. they have their ups and downs but they will not close down. I already told the Minister of Finance I'm getting one of these bad boys (mid life crisis)

But the people did note vote for trump, over 3 million more voted for Hillary but were fucked over by the system...

As for reducing debtresww e de eg quickly, you miss the point. It is going up faster then ever, becuase of Trump’s policies. The growth he inherited from President Obama and once the tarrifs kick-in.... American farmers are already needing cash subsidy ,(is that not socialism, or as you say if they cannot compete should they close down? ) as China is buying elsewhere, and others are happy to fill the gap.

As it is, US citizens are doing their tax returns now, and because of changes in allowances and a cap on them, many are now finding they are four to five thousand dollars worse off.

The border is hundreds of kilometers long. It's a huge border.

The Americans do use Satellites, drones, helicopters, and they do patrol it regularly, but they can't be everywhere at once and the border is therefore highly porous. Illegal immigrants can cross it in darkness and the cartels can get their narcotics through.

A wall is never the 100% solution but it certainly makes it a lot harder for illegal crossings and also drug trafficking.

This anti wall stuff isn't logical.

You don't compare highly developed economies with developing economies like Turkey and India. You compare with the OECD.

So Pryo, think before making a fool of yourself!

So Trump ran a more intelligent campaign targeting the swing States.

Well, Trump did really work very hard in the election and got the votes in the right places and ended up with more college votes. This system is designed to give the smaller states a say in the US political System. Isn't that good?

As for Hillary, she violated US Security by breaking US Security laws. Why is she still free? :?

Clinton focused on the big metropolitan areas and neglected the rest of America thinking only New York, LA, San Francisco and Chicago only mattered.

Trump showed the remainder of the USA that he cared and they voted for him. So now, we have the best POTUS in US History. 8)

I am afraid it's you who is making a fool of yourself by repeating nonsense-never reading links-and never understanding even when we throw proof right on your face.
For a start you said "US economy is growing and it is now the fastest growing economy in the world. " Read what you actually said verbatim.
Then you changed the goalposts and said it's the fastest growing economy among the OECD countries.
You then changed the goalposts again saying it's the fastest developing economy among the developed countries.

NONE OF THEM IS TRUE. THEY ARE ALL FALSE!!

Look at the list of member states of the OECD for a start. It's not only developed economies. Turkey is in, Chile is in, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, Israel ...
http://www.oecd.org/about/membersandpartners/

Then from exactly the same source: The US is NOT the fastest growing economy, not even compared with the EU average.
Netherlands 2.9 Korea 3.1 Finland 3.5 Canada 3 Austria 2.6 compared to 2.4% of the USA
https://stats.oecd.org/index.aspx?queryid=60703

What you heard on TV was for the first quarter of 2018 when it's possible that the US surpassed Australia, but that doesn't support your view that either Australia or the US are the fastest growing economies, neither among the developed countries nor among the OECD countries and certainly not worldwide

NB. Turkey IS AN OECD country!! Everybody can be as long as he pays the necessary fees.
Which makes me think you are actually confused as to what this organization is all about. Check their homepage.
