Gee not sure mate. I think the Beef outstrips the Chicken if that makes you feel better.
Sometimes we serve Sashimi, dependent of the customer of course.
Plus we also serve very expensive wines. After I sweep the runway and apron, we sometimes roll a red carpet and the tarmac has to be extra clean so the carpet doesn't get dirty.
