My point is its propaganda.

The Russians have hundreds of examples where their aircraft were warned off to stay away from coalition aircraft in Syria, or by IAF and they stayed away despite their rhetoric it was always a line they knew they could never cross.

Americans always record every incident, they just don't show it on CNN or TV because it's not allowed. We have this thing called The Secrecy Act.

And this alone tells you something about the Russians and the Americans. The Russians feel like they need to prove themselves and they do need to do that because they lost their edge a long time ago. They are inferior and they know they are inferior as well, which is why they show these videos to the public.
